What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Executive at DWA Commerce, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and help them optimize their use of our solutions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to customers using our Retail Solutions, CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Guide customers through system configurations, integrations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address complex issues and ensure quick resolutions.
- Document customer interactions, solutions provided, and track issues to ensure follow-ups.
- Identify common customer challenges and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Deliver training sessions and resources to help customers fully leverage our platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the Retail, CRM, ERP, or eCommerce domains.
- Strong understanding of business management solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
